We design real-life room escaping games (see Fig. 2 & Fig.3and team-building activities (see Fig. 4and develop mechanisms and devices which can interact with people.  In order to operate our company and create new things, we do all the jobs such as activities planning, sales and marketing, staff training (see Fig. 5), and management of employees.  These management and business skills I developed during this period provide me practical experience to face the challenging environments in the future.  The experience of starting a business have taught me that helping and serving others is the purpose of our life, and I firmly believe that the application of information and computer technology can really provide value for others.

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (2011-2013)

Being interested in computer and information technology, I decided to pursue a job at an IT company.  Due to my academic and research performance in National Taiwan University, I successfully got a job at ASUSTeK Computer Inc., world's fifth-largest PC vendor and Asia’s Top 10 IT Companies.   As an R&D engineer of Mobile Communication Product BU, I am able to identify the root causes of engineering problems and solve them quickly, and my supervisor rated my achievement very highly. (see Fig. 1 & Fig. 2)  Moreover, I have good communication skills and coordinate projects across departments well.  For example, during the project of Google Nexus 7 II tablet, my job was to design the mechanical structure and components, and have meetings with Google, industrial design, hardware engineer, software engineer, manufacturer, and project manager.  Then, my team successfully developed a low-cost and high-performance tablet within only six months, and the product was more durable than iPad mini in the drop test.
